MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 200px; CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://shishi.altervista.org/ciambellone2.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;250 gr di farina&lt;br /&gt;1/2 bustina lievito&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1 cucch.no bicarbonato&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;120 gr cacao in polvere&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1 cucchiaio caffè solubile&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;180 gr zucchero finissimo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;60 gr zucchero canna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;2 uova leggermente battute&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;5 gocce essenza vaniglia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;250 ml formaggio fresco cremoso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;120 ml di latte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;60 gr burro fuso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;100 gr cioccolato fondente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;80 ml panna&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Preriscaldate il forno a 180°C. Ungete di burro fuso uno stampo per ciambelle da 23 cm. setacciate la farina, il lievito, il bicarbonato, il cacao ed il caffè e poi verateli in una terrina grande. Ora aggiungete i due tipi di zucchero e mescolate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Mescolate in un'altra terrina le uova, l'essenza di vaniglia, il formaggio fresco, il latte e il burro fuso, poi incorporateli agli ingredienti asciutti. Frullate il composto per 3 minuti con il frullino elettrico a bassa velocità.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Aumentate la velocità del frullino al massimo e continuate a frullare per 5 minuti o fino a quando il composto risulterà denso, liscio e senza grumi.. Versatelo nello stampo preparato in precedenza e lisciatene bene la superficie col dorso del cucchiaio.&lt;br /&gt;Cuocete il ciambellone in forno per 35 minuti.
